Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced.
There was no personal growth and my manager was amazing but the head office team is not approachable or thinks of us employees at all.
long list around online order handling (shipment late, items missing, tracking info incomplete, impossible to enter proper city name). very disappointed at my first online order. all previous times bought in store or received a gift. that was my first and last time purchasing JoMalone myself.
