Very competative pay and benefits.
Health benefits are good and premiums are affordable
My health insurance coverage is great. I make a very good wage. I would wish the retirement package had started a lot earlier in my career.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to assist each other when census is acute.
All of my team are trustworthy and good people.
Nonmanagement employees are great. The support one another and they are the only thing that keeps people working for this company that no longer cares about its employees as it once did
I work with some wonderful people who care about our patients. Our team work is awesome.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many cliques and gossiping pacific islander women.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The co-workers make the job better.
Nonmanagement staff make working here great. Managers, directors, and executives don't care about their staff
My coworkers really try to help each other out daily.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop treating us poorly because we're the ones that make the money
