Mr. Michael E. Sneed has been Chief Communication Officer at Johnson & Johnson and has been its Worldwide Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs at since January 1, 2012. Mr. Sneed served as the President of Personal Products Company. He served as Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson since 2007 and was responsible for global vision-care business. He joined J&J as a marketing assistant in the personal-products business. He served as the President of McNeil Nutritionals, LLC. He was a group product director in the McNeil consumer products division, led the Asia Pacific, Eastern European and Latin American operations of consumer pharmaceuticals business and headed the McNeil nutritionals businesses in Europe and ultimately worldwide. From 2002 to 2007, he held key roles in the global personal-products business, becoming group chairman-North America in 2004, as well as responsibilities for J&J's sales, information technology, finance and human resources. He has been a Director of The Advertising Council, Inc. since July 2, 2012. He serves as a Member of Corporate Board of Advisors at National Council Of La Raza, Inc. Mr. Sneed graduated with an M.B.A. from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business in 1983.
