Mr. Michael H. Ullmann, also known as Mike, has been the Executive Vice President of Johnson & Johnson since April 23, 2016. Mr. Ullmann has been General Counsel of Johnson & Johnson since January 1, 2012 and served as its Vice President from January 1, 2012 to April 23, 2016 and is responsible for the Law Department, Global Security and Aviation. During that time, he also held various management positions in the Law Department. He served as General Counsel of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group at Johnson & Johnson from 2006 to January 1, 2012. He served on the Management Boards of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, Inc., Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (U.S.), McNeil Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistic Company, LLC. He served as Associate General Counsel of Johnson & Johnson since 2002. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, he practiced law in New York City. He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University, College of Arts & Sciences and earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law.
