Mr. John C. Moon has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Johnson Outdoors Inc. since November 10, 2006. Mr. Moon joined Johnson Outdoors following a successful 21-year career with Baxter International where he held a variety of information technology positions of increasing responsibility before being named Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2000. Mr. Moon was named Chief Information Officer of the Year in 2003 by the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Moon held positions in the telecommunications and medical software industries. He serves as Chairman of Society of Information Management -Chicago Chapter. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, and holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
