Training lacks, each branch is owned like a franchise so overall experience can vary. Long hours, benefits are not great, and look else where if you need family health coverage. Way too expensive.

For the hours, what you have to put up with, and what is expected, salaries are low. Even with experience, and a degree, it's still low.
