What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are involved with all around store activities.
Black and white and up front.
Great place to work, growing fast.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management and executive team are poor. They micromanage and expect you to know everything without asking questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the hours, what you have to put up with, and what is expected, salaries are low. Even with experience, and a degree, it's still low.
If I didn't work there be great. The branch manager at one of their Pennsylvania location says personality of a door, and he doesn't communicate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to help, at least most of them. Able to think, and react quickly
