Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over 20 years with the company and still below market and industry averages for a new hire in my position. The gold old boys club robbed a whole generation of competent employees.
Commission wpuld be a start
I make less than coworkers in the same role who were hired on after me, and after bringing the issue to management, nothing has been done.
I work everyday, over 40 hours every week; yet get paid a fraction of what im making the company.

Being a sales associate is all about numbers. I spent a lot of time to make sure people were walking away with the perfect shoes in the right size. It didn't matter that my average customer purchase was larger than everyone else's, I was told I spent too much too much time on one person.
