What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They put themselves into positions that don't actually effect them. They are also asking for special treatments yet don't consider anyone else. Again, very much a out for myself mentality. Maybe if they opened their eyes and looked at the big picture rather than themselves as the important detail.
