To receive a test account for one or more of Jumio's services, please register on Jumio's website. A Sales representative will reach out shortly after.

All Jumio services are available within the demo Jumio Showcase app on the Apple iTunes store and the Android Play Store.

Netverify turns your customers smart phone or computer into an ID scanning terminal, whichmakes it fast and easy to capture and verify IDs to meet KYC requirements and to reduce fraud.

Jumio receives the images and process them through our list document checks varying on the type of document received.

Results are sent back to youthrough a designated callback URL. You can also view these results by logging into your Customer Portal.

Jumio's Fastfill service speeds your customer through your sign-up process and checkout forms without your customer having to type their personal data. Fastfill will read information off of their documents and auto-populate various fields for the customer.

Biometric-based Jumio Authentication establishes the digital identities of your users through the simple act of taking a selfie. Advanced 3D face map technology quickly and securely authenticates users and unlocks their digital identities.

The document submission process is instant for the end user. The Jumio ID verification process is initiated once Jumio receives the end user's images. The time it takes to fully process a scan is dependenton various factors.

Jumio returns 80% of scans within 150 seconds and 95% of scans within 270 seconds, with additional time for Face match and address extraction.

As soon as the verification process is complete, Jumio will send a callback to your designated callback URL. The status of the scan can also be viewed within your customer portal.

The API endpoint used to initiate Netverify Web transactions differs between v3 and v4.

You can also easily verify the version in the Netverify Web client by checking the Netverify logo in the footer. If there is a version number displayed, you are using our new client Netverify Web version 4.
