You're usually trusted to get your work done without much micromanagement. Not much gossip.

Salary and bonus are great, but health benefits are also really cheap and cover lots of things.

Leadership needs to care more about employee growth. They claim they do, but they don't. Need to create more ways for employees to grow in their career. Leadership needs to more frequently ask for employee input.
