Mr. Brian M. Martin has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Juniper Networks, Inc. since October 05, 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President from November 11, 2015 to December 09, 2015. Mr. Martin also supported Sun's worldwide sales activities and for several years and served as its Chief Antitrust Counsel. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the School of Law of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he instructs on ethics and corporate counseling. Prior to Sun, he was in private practice. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in antitrust and intellectual property litigation. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of Rochester and JD from State University of New York - Buffalo School of Law.
