Mark Brillhart — Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Juniper Networks

Mr. Mark Brillhart has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Juniper Networks, Inc. since February 22, 2017. Mr. Brillhart leads Juniper's Supply Chain Operations organization. His responsibilities include new product introduction, business planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, repair, logistics, advanced technologies development and program management. He has over twenty years' experience in the technology sector leading manufacturing operations, technology development and engineering organizations. Accomplished in establishing and driving partner-integrated end-to-end supply chains, Brillhart has a deep background in quality ' across component, factory and product; component and assembly technology; as well as broad experience of testing network products. He joined Juniper in December 2016. He served as Senior Vice President /Chief Technology Officer at CEC Division at Flextronics, where he led an extended global team of over 500 design and NPI engineers focused on reference platforms and joint design and manufacturing engagements. He also led the global team responsible for iPad operations at Apple. He served as Juniper's corporate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, from 2012 to 2014, leading EMS and ODM manufacturing, test, quality, process engineering and repair. He also served for 13 years at Cisco where he held various supply chain executive roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Vice President of Technology and Quality. He has published multiple papers and book chapters in the areas of electronic packaging, assembly, quality, materials and reliability and holds over 10 patents in the areas of electronic packaging and medical devices. He holds both a bachelor's and master's of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, as well as a master's of science in polymers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
