Hands down the best work experience in my 40+ year career. I have learned more and had more opportunities to develop myself and my abilities through Juniper's employee career development program and training opportunities. I am proud of the continuous Inclusion & Diversity efforts as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Two things; resolving a customer's issue in a way that enables them to tackle it in the future themselves should it arise, and gaining new certifications that will help me move my career forward and bring enjoyment to know new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually walk the talk they give. I have worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller organizations but none of those leadership teams actually followed through. Juniper's leadership team does it themselves which encourages employees to join in with all their initiatives.
