What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a great job of coming together as a work family. Everyone is engaged and we have a lot of fun together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team moves quickly and has the flexibility to refocus their staff on important changes within a short period of time. It helps us move rapidly forward toward goal completion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I could be making more money elsewhere, but I believe I receive much more freedom here and I'm hopeful that I can grow with the company as it becomes increasingly more valuable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have hired the most amazing team of collaborators. Sometimes we struggle and argue about the best path to take, but the outcome is always productive and it seems like we grow together in resolving our conflicts.
