The experience of working at Just Salad has been the worst, bad supervisors who don't know how to do their job and don't respect the workers, bad managers who don't know how to do their job either and don't know how to respond to problems. A very stressful environment, which made me go to the medical clinic twice for physical damage due to stress, the place leaves all of us workers with psychological damage.

It's great & all I just didn't like when they demoted my manager

My General Manager is awesome! She is great at what she does and even while she is with child she does what she needs to do.

They need to value employees more and not treat them as if they were not important, put better managers who know how to do their job and do not have family members working with them because it is something unprofessional and illegal because they give priority to their families and other employees. They treat you like disposable employees.

Everything! Its been bad since the last manager left

The managers do not care for employees at all, nor did they properly train employees with certain tasks only to get mad at them for not knowing. Also managers would threaten to send workers home constantly it made working miserable.

I have been working for this company for more than a year, they promised to pay me medical insurance, benefits and vacations after a year and they did not deliver, nor did they increase my salary, when the new ones are paid more than me, and I have not received any type of benefit, I have only received stress, physical, mental and psychological abuse.

I come to work everyday. Some days 30 minutes early. I try my hardest to get my task done. I’m not the fastest worker but I work at a fair pace and don’t fight back. I ask questions and clarify and yet I feel punished and targ

A raise i know I won't get... if we're such a great company can we get more than $16/hr?

The only good thing about my coworkers is that we try to help each other, because we know how to respect each other. but that does not include supervisors or managers.

My coworkers often talk behind each other’s backs. It’s really toxic and the managers partake in it

none, no matter how much one tries to work respecting everyone, the supervisors and managers make it difficult, the work environment often becomes heavy and stressful.

What is wrong is the treatment they give to all of us. To improve, they should prohibit supervisors or managers from hiring their relatives or friends since they give better treatment and preferences to them, rather than to other workers.
