What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?none, no matter how much one tries to work respecting everyone, the supervisors and managers make it difficult, the work environment often becomes heavy and stressful.
What are some of the best things about your team?The only good thing about my coworkers is that we try to help each other, because we know how to respect each other. but that does not include supervisors or managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?We communicate & help each other out to get the customers in and out
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?What is wrong is the treatment they give to all of us. To improve, they should prohibit supervisors or managers from hiring their relatives or friends since they give better treatment and preferences to them, rather than to other workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have been working for this company for more than a year, they promised to pay me medical insurance, benefits and vacations after a year and they did not deliver, nor did they increase my salary, when the new ones are paid more than me, and I have not received any type of benefit, I have only received stress, physical, mental and psychological abuse.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to value employees more and not treat them as if they were not important, put better managers who know how to do their job and do not have family members working with them because it is something unprofessional and illegal because they give priority to their families and other employees. They treat you like disposable employees.
