Higher base pay, included party gratuities, more money made off commission.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Prioritize customer service, staff experience, and more fair employee treatment and pay as opposed to abusing the fact that most of our customer demographic are first timers or people that have not been in a while. Hire more staff. Give staff more hours where needed to avoid shortages.
