What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, high performance culture. Doesn't fit everyone, but if you want to learn a lot, move fast and feel like what you do contributes to the company, an awesome place.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits despite being a small company. The CEO slashed pay during covid to ensure we retained benefits.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The CEO participated in my interview. Which was really fun and helped me make a decision.
The CEO meets with every single candidate, and I appreciated the time to learn about the vision for the company. The CEO is extremely passionate and cares deeply about each team member.
