    Kamae RT culture is based on centuries old martial arts proven concept, so no changes would apply, the CEO is our Sensei and there is a culture of mutual respect of all colleagues

  • The promised yoga and meditation classes would be a good addition and also the early morning meetings could be in gym suit with team bonding fisical exercises. The team should gather more frequently off-work and also with family events.

    Serious A+ with high emotional intelligence driven leader.

  • Kamae CEO is a true Leader, in every meaning of the word, I have all the possible and wonderfull things to say about him he makes us look upon constant improvement either in work and life. The only downside is that he is a micro-manager without the need to, but we all look upon this as a trait of his character and it's also a way for us to have feedback to improve. In all the observations there is always a friendly incentive to improve.

    Great, alhouth very demanding

  • Not good at all, but it's all upon my personal choice, I could and should be more available to myself and also my family, but the strong family culture of the company makes us want to give more and more of ourselves. I do look upon the work/life balance in the way that the more i produce the more availability I will have to me and my family in the future, I consider it to be a meritocracy system that I impose in myself, although our company leader advocates that one has to have time for all and should find balance

    Marketing Automation is our fastest growing trend, you also can look upon Law Practice Management Software that we have as Cloud Based and Mobile available to iPhone and Android and Billing Software and a full costumizing spectrum of our applications with consulting offers and customers nurture. Basically we solve people problems.

  • Digital Marketing is at a fast pace, but the core business with KamaeLei is King. Dificulties arise with a outdated billing software that needs a reallity check and to turn into a cloud based sollution. Also there is the availability to develop specific applications with the know-how of several team members.

  • Awful, the internship program is made without any kind of strategical direction and I rest to know if this is intended to make the interns autonomous in their decisions and objectives or if it’s only an advantage that the CEO takes from the free work produced.

  • Unfortunately, KAMAE only measures gross sales revenue, while the Business Development Department produces a high-quality client managed nurturing culture that drives many of them as raving fans of our solutions and our interaction. We are the front line of a commercial guerrilla warfare and yet we do not work as mercenaries even though the measure of our success is only gross sales revenue instead of also considering client retention, help in support and driving feedback to product innovation. Sometimes I feel that the Business Development Department in KAMAE is nothing more that a Sales Department and this is very far from the truth, when the clock starts, or a client call emerges nothing is more important than to add value to whatever his(er) needs are.

  • If you can book it you can manage it. It's all about how productive you can be, there are good times and bad times but I always managed to maintain a good social life with my close friends and with colleagues also
