What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have my back and are transparent, I can really count on them
Super devote and always trying their best to achieve the max result

Communication and the deadlines are two short

Flexibility everytime I ask and people trust me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO should pay our holidays and christmas allowances in full! I lack several years of payment...
Because I do a lot more tasks that what I was hired to do
What are some of the best things about your team?
The development team is the core with a very friendly manager, the support team has a great manager that helps also in the dev team, in business development we have a leader that get us all together trough good or bad periods, the real hidden leader within Kamae that cares for all of us as family
In general there is a very good environment in the team, although some member don't understand the meaning of team work

We are just like a family
We have some good laughing moments during the day that provides us an effective break
