overall this company is a good place to work at especially if you recently join the medical field or nursing team

Management doesn't care about employees. Very little growth potential. The surgery program is dangerous and beyond amateur.

Gaps in collaboration and communication between departments that effect patient care delivery.

It's a fun place to work. Others are typically very friendly, and treat you well.

I love working at KCH! The culture here is improving so much that I am excited to see how far we can go! There are times when I get discouraged because I worry there is still way too much work to be done, but I am here for it and I want to see how exceptional we can be.

The executive team here truly cares about the staff because they recognize that caring about the staff allows the staff to care about the patients. They are understanding about the challenges of life in a small remote town and there is flexibility when needed but also guidance.

They are very generous on PTO and have a sick leave bank. Most of all the smsll premiums.

I am paid exceptionally fairly and the benefits package is really amazing. I do not take the insurance here because my spouses is more comprehensive but for a small rural hospital this is really great.

We should be paid better for the work we do.
