What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they keep us informed.
They encourage input and consider others needs.
The executive team here truly cares about the staff because they recognize that caring about the staff allows the staff to care about the patients. They are understanding about the challenges of life in a small remote town and there is flexibility when needed but also guidance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That they contribute to retirement ans HSA
They are very generous on PTO and have a sick leave bank. Most of all the smsll premiums.
I am paid exceptionally fairly and the benefits package is really amazing. I do not take the insurance here because my spouses is more comprehensive but for a small rural hospital this is really great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well with eachother
Freinfly energenic and knowlegeable about their positions.
Our team tries to work well together, but there are so many things on all of our plates that sometimes we are not as effective as we would like to be

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be happy, but if one person comes in with a bad attitude, it can change easily.
The ability to help people in need.
I love the people I work with, and I love the work that we do

What did you like most about the interview process?
That everyone was friendly, only one person seemed to be very intimidating
Honesty and personal interaction allowed.
I was in an interim position during the interview process so I might not be the best judge of this. It was relatively painless.

That i can work freely at my own pace. I match day to day with how hectic or slow it seems
Seeing people heal and grt welk, and seeing coworkers helping others. Food.
