Following the acquisition of May & Speh, Mr. Loughmiller served as the Chief Financial Officer for the newly formed IT Management Services Division of Acxiom. He served as the Finance Leader of the Outsourcing Division of Acxiom Corporation from1998 to 2000. Prior to May & Speh, he served as an Audit Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent over 15 years in it's Accounting and Business Advisory Services practice. Mr. Loughmiller has more than 20 years of experience in corporate financial planning, IPOs, mergers, alliances and acquisitions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Zabel & Associates, Inc. He serves as a Director of Automotive Finance Consumer Division, LLC, Adesa Dealer Services, LLC, Auto Portfolio Services, LLC and AFC Cal, LLC. He serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Business. He is a Member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Loughmiller holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
