Mr. Kayne Grau serves as President of Data as a Service at KAR Auction Services, Inc. Mr. Grau served as the President of Data as a Science at KAR Auction Services, Inc. since September 04, 2017. Mr. Grau is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership oversight to KAR new portfolio of DRIVIN, Autoniq, instaVIN, Data Science and Pricing Optimization. He focuses on innovation, new product development and effective use of data across the larger KAR organization. Mr. Grau serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Carco Technologies, Inc. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Apartments, LLC from November 27, 2012 to 2014. Prior to Apartments.com, Mr. Grau served as Chief Technology Officer of Cars.com, LLC since March 2012. He served as a Vice President of Technology at Cars.com from October 2010 to March 2012. Mr. Grau joined Cars.com in 2008 and served as its Director of Development since 2009. He has an impressive track record here and extensive experience managing technology groups. He serves as a Director of TopStep Trader, Illinois Technology Association and Chicago Tech Academy.
