Ms. Lisa Scott has been President of PAR North America at KAR Auction Services, Inc since August 2017. Ms. Scott served as Chief Client Officer at ADESA Canada Corporation since March 02, 2016. She was responsible for all efforts to design and enhance the client experience across ADESA business units and locations throughout Canada. In addition, she was developing solutions and implementing innovative customer-centric strategies to serves the diverse needs of the ADESA's client base. She served as a Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Atlantic Operations-Adesa Canada at ADESA, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of sales & marketing - ADESA Canada & OPENLANE at ADESA, Inc. She joined ADESA in 1999. She was responsible for the development and strategies to increase sales, sales efficiency, profitability and brand awareness for the Canadian market. Previously, she served as General Manager of ADESA Halifax, she made critical operational changes during her time in this role, leading to this site's recent successes. She has more than 25 years experience in the automobile industry, professional auctioneering and auction management. In addition, she is a successful entrepreneur, owned and operated a telecommunications franchise for 13 years. She serves on various industry boards including Sales Training Experts. An avid community supporter, she also volunteers as an auctioneer for a number of charitable causes. She has served as chair of the Canadian committee of the National Auto Auction Association and co-chair of the Canadian chapter of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA). In 2013, she was recognized as a leading woman of the industry by Auto Remarketing's annual Women in Remarketing honor. She was also granted the IARA Builders Award for her part in bringing the IARA to Canada and received an award for Outstanding Contribution to the Canadian Automotive Industry. Ms. Scott is a graduate of the Southwestern School of Auctioneering.
