Mr. Peter J. Kelly has been the Chief Technology Officer of KAR Auction Services, Inc. since June 17, 2013. Mr. Kelly has been President of KAR Digital Services group since December 2014. He is a Co-Founder of Openlane, Inc. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Openlane, Inc. since February 23, 2011 and has been its President since April 06, 2010. Mr. Kelly spearhead the tactical implementation and operational development of the institutional and transportation business lines with a focus on building upon OPENLANE's success in new market segments. Mr. Kelly served as Chief Financial Officer of Openlane Inc. (formerly, Autotradecenter Inc.) since July 2008. He was responsible for all Financial, Operations and Technology activities of Openlane Inc. Mr. Kelly served as the Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives of Openlane Inc. where he was responsible for its Strategic Development, Data and Analytics, Marketing, Product Management and Program Implementation. Mr. Kelly spent eight years managing engineering, construction and procurement projects for Taylor Woodrow. He worked as a Consultant for McKinsey and Company. He has played a very important role in the growth and development of Openlane from business concept to the industry leading online auction company and to making the wholesale remarketing process easier and more efficient for both consignors and automotive dealers. He was Instrumental in establishing Openlane Inc. as a Pioneer and Innovator in the Online Wholesale Automotive Auction Market and to help Openlane Inc. He served as Vice President of Client Services of Openlane Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Business Lines until July 2008. He co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and In Charge of Product Management of Autodaq. He served 8 years in Managing Engineering, Construction and Procurement Projects for Tayor Woodrow, a U.K. based Constuction and Development Company. He has management consulting experience through his tenure with McKinsey and Company. Mr. Kelly holds a First Class Honors Degree in Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from Stanford University.
