Thomas J. Fisher — Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at KAR Auction Services

Mr. Thomas J. Fisher, also known as Tom, has been Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of KAR Auction Services, Inc. since April 1, 2017. Prior to joining KAR, Mr. Fisher served as Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations and General Manager at Genesys. Mr. Fisher served as Chief Services Officer and Senior Vice President of Services at Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. since January 2014. Mr. Fisher previously served as Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Engineering at Interactive from May 2012 to January 2014 and served as its Senior Director of Solutions Engineering from January 2011 to May 2012. Prior to joining to Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. in March 2001, he was part of the professional services team at Cisco Systems, Inc. ('Cisco'), a computer networking company, where he designed and deployed contact center solutions for commercial and government accounts. Prior to his role at Cisco, Mr. Fisher worked at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) designing and deploying contact center solutions for the global financial services sector. Mr. Fisher began his career as an IT analyst with Andersen Consulting and Applications Consultant at Cisco Systems. He served as a Director of Systems Engineering at Interactive from January 2005 to January 2011. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Communications Systems Management, with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University.
