Leadership on my program - 0 micromanaging but always there when I need the support. As far as company wide leadership, I have had little interaction with them. To me that is a good thing, no news is good news.

Put people first culture to action. Set realistic goals for company growth and back them with support. Refrain from stretching some seniors. Reward big those leaders who make a significant contribution to the company growth. Bring senior talent to the company who can be productive from day one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Another dev I know got hired on just a few months after me making 8k more. On paper the only difference between us is he has a masters but our work experience is the same.. Compensation should be more transparent and based on actual ability/experience.

I feel totally comfortable pushing back on unrealistic deadlines or requirements. I love that I can work remotely. My PTO is never questioned, it's more of a heads-up than a request when I take time off.
