It is comprehensive and generous. Unlimited PTO, great health options, shares in the company, and tuition reimbursement.

Kasasa has an open vacation policy, which means no hour counting. As long as your team and manager are good with it, you can take the time you need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
