What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to make a difference. Each day I can walk in the door at my home and reflect back on both the setbacks and successes and know that we are getting where we want to go.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very clear business goal, strategy, and plan to achieve the goal. Our executive team and CEO can clearly and succinctly describe what success looks like in the near, mid, and long-term. This is precious and the foundation of success in a very competitive market.
