What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow workers. A fantastic team to work with. The environment is excellent and energetic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is an open door policy. We as individual contributors have direct access to the EVP level which gives room for a lot of learning and quick decisions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The offbeat questions and the method used during the interview. They did not have the cliched questions but had a lot of out of box thinking kind of questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure for the sales team is fairly simple and one of the best in the industry. The more we achieve, the more we make. It is uncapped and we love it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a close-knit unit. There is a lot of support from the fellow team members. We work hard and we party harder! The team works together to cover for a shortfall from any team member ensuring the team as a whole is successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They strongly believe in the concept of all hands on deck. The CEO or the Executive team does not think twice before getting on customer calls which is an inspiration for reps are the ground level. There is a lot of spend on training to ensure we are individual contributors are successful.
