Its well thought of. The overall interaction is open and informative. Exchange of ideas and information is encouraged. The company roadmap is discussed and we are also given an idea of what a careerpath at Kaseya looks like. Overall growth story is discussed and we r encouraged to ask more questions

My peers and co-workers are some of the best I have worked with. This is no exaggeration. Rightly put, we are knowledgeable, hardworking, committed and driven individuals working towards a common goal together! and that is what makes us a force to reckon with. We r open to feedback and implement it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation plan has been specifically designed keeping the employees welfare in mind. Equal distribution to areas which matter not only for the now but also for the future. The best part is its an open plan and gives ample room for any hard working individual to make more and its an equal opp!
What makes you most happy at work?
The pace at which we are growing both individually and as a company. We are counted as the premium solution in the market. We command respect. MSP's and our customers alike know there is nothing Kaseya cannot help them manage and monitor. We give them an IT Complete solution. And i am that Kaseyan!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team at Kaseya is one of the best I have worked under. The phased manner in which the growth plan was conceived, implemented and improvised upon is one of the best I have seen. Clear goals, tons of data and metrics to fall back on and course correct and a surgical precision to execute
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a positive synergy. We feed of each others energy. There is always a healthy competition among us all. We want to be the best. We want to execute upon the vision the leadership has and ofcourse we want to leave the competition behind in the aftermath of our success. This is what drives us!
