I learned a lot about how negative leadership can affect ur work life
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very nice, but once you get onboarded and start working there. It is no longer a fun place to be
What are some of the best things about your team?
I thought my team were great coworkers but found out they are actually very fake and talk behind everyone's back. It's not a good company culture, you always have to watch ur back
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get a new CEO and a really executive team that are not in the boys club. Leadership starts from the top then trickles down. At kaseya, employees are all lookibggvto jump ship and live in fear about getting fired
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again? There needs to be a. Hangs in leadership, everyone knows not tobwoek here because they do not value you and you are not going to get compensated for the overtime hours you have to do just to complete your work responsibilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued because the leadership team does not care about their employees. The best employees get fired or they leave to bigger companies. Kaseya does not pay fairly for a tech company. They are not a major tech company due to how leadership runs the business
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Unfortunately the reviews on here are not correct. Leadership starts at the top. Kaseya s leadership is the old boys club. They do not care for their employees. They just let go of 30% of the company. Employees are afraid & do not trust the leadership team. Leadership needs to take care of employees
