This place has built my confidence. I now know I am a highly talented qualified sales person, but after hearing what other people make in this industry I know I am grossly underpaid based on my performance. What are some of the best things about your team?
Time is extremely talented and top notch but abused and underpaid. We all feel this way and everyone is afraid to speak up or we will lose our jobs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are completely unaffordable. Commissions get lower, the more money I make this company, and Ive been promised raises and promotions several times and have yet to receive them
