The entire leadership is very approachable and open to listening to what you have to say.

making unrealistic promises to customers and ignoring employees' complaints about all the unnecessary late nights

they are smart but very collaborative and help each other out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very collaborative work environment. Everyone helps each other out as much as possible.
the culture is collaborative but hard-working.
This first thing that comes to mind is respect. Everyone is very respectful of each other. The second thing is we like to have fun. Whether it's through organized company events or just everyday interaction, we all get some good laughs.
Fun company outings, beer o'clock, full fridge, pizza Thursdays... lots of things to look forward to.
The culture is very collaborative. Employees are cross trained and are given the opportunity to problem solve and troubleshoot together. We are in rapid growth mode and have experience some startup hiccups/ growing pains but that is inevitable at any startup.
