So far it has been a very positive experience. No complaints.
A heavy work load, but the people make it worth it
The culture is very collaborative. Employees are cross trained and are given the opportunity to problem solve and troubleshoot together. We are in rapid growth mode and have experience some startup hiccups/ growing pains but that is inevitable at any startup.

What part of Kasisto's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The company is great at getting people to sign on the dotted line, but it is horrible at getting anything done. Realistically none of the client deliverables are in a stable state and the company has made no plans to reach that goal. If I were to conjecture, the company's long term roadmap is a pump-and-dump - just collect big-name bank contracts without delivering on them, see how much money they can raise to boost valuation and pray for someone to buy out the company. Once you had a chance to work there it's dead obvious that it's not a competitive company in any conceivable way, it's mind-blowing that investors haven't stopped funding the farce considering how it is losing ground to its competitors for obvious reasons.

How's the vacation policy at Kasisto?
It's good 20 days PTO to start then 25 after 2 years. You are encouraged to take the time out to prevent burnout, so you are never told not to take vacation

just t shirt and pants, super informal.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Kasisto?
Nothing, it was dead easy, the people who interviewed me didn't know engineering that well even though they were considered "senior engineers"

Most people like the CEO, like all people he has his strengths and weaknesses but his heart is in the right place.

We all do have an impact on the culture and we do things to improve it.

This is the best place I've ever worked. The co-founders actually care about the employees and value creating a positive work environment. Things are not always perfect, but feedback is taken and acted upon to try to continuously improve the culture of the company.

Great people, very intelligent, dedicated bunch of coworkers. Great team, I love my coworkers.
What's the office vibe like at Kasisto?
Generally very good, fun environment. There are a few exceptions but, in general, most people are collaborative and in good spirits.

I enjoy being part of growing a world-class AI organization that is also a great place to work

It's not perfect, but it is good

It's pretty fast, there is a lot to do

The people. Most people want to be here and it shows. They are engaged in the sense that they put in extra effort to do exemplary work and they are very willing to help coach and mentor their co-workers as needed to help the group succeed

Very, the company is doing very well

Really awesome outings! We have been to the US Open, on sailboats in NY harbor, escape the room, corn hole tournaments, fantastic dinners, wine tastings, a dinner cruise in San Fran harbor and more
