How much time do you have? I like that not only are they extremely good at their jobs and that I have complete faith in them, I like that they are very approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility to work remotely, good holiday schedules

I am currently doing more work than my previous job, but I am also being compensated much higher. The room for improvement at Katana is always here, and its up to me and my work to show that I should be compensated accordingly.

The team at large is hardworking, smart, always thinking outside of the box, looking out for one another, but also really fun. There are no cliques or gossip going around. People work and play hard, and makes you want to do your best as to not let others down.

We all work hard to service our clients and make sure we do not let them or each other down. People are always positive even when work is difficult. Company happy hours or outings are a great way to relieve stress, and even taking a walk outside, people are always happy to tag along.

I liked being able to talk to various members of the team I am on, instead of just one manager and one executive. It allowed me to get a better sense of the work I would be facing and how the team interacts.
