Hands down the best group of people I've ever worked with. Clear direction, no bad feelings, true collaboration, and support from all teammates- from top-down and within the group. I am proud of the positive impact our products have on people's health, and I am intrigued by my projects.

It's so genuine and people care. We care about each other, our products, our work, and our users.

They are transparent and honest. They respect each employee for who they are, not just what they do for the company.

It's a supportive environment, so it's comfortable and encouraged to bring anything up, good or bad, in order to find the best and creative solution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together so well, no internal competition, all support, and collaboration. We also start and/or end by laughing and smiling just because we all like each other and our jobs!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Additional vacation giving regularly and randomly! Great health insurance. I have a great salary and the stock options are on top of that, they don't seem to make up for a poor salary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired early on, so I didn't even realize it was an interview at first. I liked that it felt more like a conversation than a grilling. They're great people here, so it was fun to talk with everyone!
