What is the best part about your compensation package?

A lot of variety helps.

The base pay is fair.

All employees are owners, motivating us all to our best work.

Competitive pay and benefits that rival large company offerings.

Additional vacation giving regularly and randomly! Great health insurance. I have a great salary and the stock options are on top of that, they don't seem to make up for a poor salary.

I like the pay / compensation

The best part of the compensation package I think is the stock options. Getting help be a part of the growth of the company in more ways than 1
