What did you like most about the interview process?
Honest viewpoint of what would be needed, and a good overview of the culture.
The interviews felt more like conversations. Lots of honest sharing about challenges for the role and a genuine interest in getting to know me as a person. I felt like I could bring my whole self to the company.
I was hired early on, so I didn't even realize it was an interview at first. I liked that it felt more like a conversation than a grilling. They're great people here, so it was fun to talk with everyone!
