Mr. Raymond L. Carney, also known as Ray, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at KBR, Inc. since May 30, 2017. Mr. Carney served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Exterran Corporation from April 6, 2016 to May 25, 2017 and served as its Controller since May 2, 2016. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Dresser-Rand Group Inc. from August 2008 to March 2016. Prior to Dresser-Rand, he spent six years with Alcoa Inc., first as Manager of Financial Transactions and subsequently as Group Controller for Global Rolled Products, Hard Alloy Extrusions and Asia. From December 2002 to August 2006, he held financial leadership positions at Corporate Controllership group in Alcoa. Prior to Alcoa, he spent 13 years with Ernst & Young in various leadership positions and was responsible for client projects including public filings, acquisitions and audit engagements. Mr. Carney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1989.
