KBR's leadership "vibe" is energizing, supportive, forward-looking and flexible. They all want the best solutions, but are not pre-conceived on how to develop or achieve those goals. They provide vision and direction, then engage their teams to chart the path.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sustainability is taking on increasing focus within KBR. But how they apply the term is very broad - from "is your career path sustainable" to "is the way we dispose of batteries, recyclables, or waste sustainable". It's exciting and fun to be a part of.
