KBR Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is aligned to be on the same team with the same goal

Safety culture and to they teach to be upgraded

Review from Engineering Dept

No harm or threating of termination. always they are looking for alternatives.

The culture of safety, the programs that are available and flex work.

Sustainability is taking on increasing focus within KBR. But how they apply the term is very broad - from "is your career path sustainable" to "is the way we dispose of batteries, recyclables, or waste sustainable". It's exciting and fun to be a part of.

KBR embraces world sustainability, diversity, and inclusion without losing focus of high tech mission critical solutions.

Our company focus on the people

Review from Engineering Dept

Office area and building is really nice and kept clean

Willingness to change and listen to a variety of views

Positive in outlook and deed and approach

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair compensation and being treated well.

Review from Engineering Dept

The people I get to work with everyday

Personalities match up well. All have the same goals and believe in teamwork

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Put the managers in check, or remove them and replace them with someone who has better experiance dealing with employees. Treat us like adults, and not ignorant children who are mass punished. Alot of us are veterans who left the military because of treatment like this.

Management has gotten comfortable and believes that they are untouchable.

A more thorough way to make employees accountable for the lack of ethics and integrity.

management need to focus on quality, qualified staff and not just butts in seats

Integrity, employee empowerment, grooming, inclusion and diversity

Better benefits. Better pay. Fair treatment. Crackdown on bullying and pessimistic and unfair treatment from management. People need to be held accountable and given punishment no matter their status or time at the company.
