Mr. Robert David Zelinski has been the President of Onshore for Engineering & Construction Americas at KBR, Inc. Mr. Zelinski has 30 years of industry experience in the engineering and construction of large energy projects on a global basis. He served as the President of the Downstream Business Unit at KBR, Inc. since May 01, 2012, responsible for all engineering, procurement and construction services for Downstream projects, globally. He joined KBR in 2012. He served as Senior Vice President and Business Line Leader for the Downstream Business Line of Fluor's Energy and Chemicals Group since June 2010 and Business Line Sales Lead, Downstream from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Zelinski was responsible for the global activities in the Downstream market sector, which included refining, upgrading and gas-conversion industries. Previously, Mr. Zelinski served as Vice President, Corporate for Colt Engineering Corporation in Calgary, Alberta.
