Roger A. Wiederkehr — President of KBRwyle at KBR

Mr. Roger A. Wiederkehr has been the President of KBRwyle at KBR, Inc. since September 3, 2016. Mr. Wiederkehr served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Wyle Inc. since December 31, 2014 until July 2016. Mr. Wiederkehr served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Wyle Holdings, Inc. since December 2014 until July 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since December 2012. Mr. Wiederkehr served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Wyle Inc. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Wiederkehr served as Secretary and General Counsel of Wyle since January 10, 2011. Mr. Wiederkehr oversaw Wyle's legal matters, contracts administration, environmental/safety, security and compliance programs. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Wyle until January 10, 2011. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Wyle Laboratories, Inc. From 2008 to 2011, he also held primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Wyle's Test, Engineering and Research Division. Mr. Wiederkehr joined Wyle from URS Corporation in 2005, where served as Director of Strategic Business Analysis. He served as a Member of URS' Corporate Strategy Group. Mr. Wiederkehr spent five years as a Management Consultant and Project Manager with McKinsey & Company. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, he held several positions in general and corporate aviation. Mr. Wiederkehr received master's degree in business administration degree from Yale University and Law Degree from the University of Z??rich in Switzerland.
