It was fun to problem solve and team up for a common goal
they come in with energy , nothing but respect for the culture
Im a driver and i get to know my customers
The industry of natural foods is an important thing.

It was more of a conversation than dull interview questions
The style of the interviewers and the fact that they made a decision quickly
the process is good as normal , very on task highly recommend and communication level is on point
A good deal of information concerning the company was featured.
What makes you most happy at work?
Thinking what I am doing is making it that much better, for the next generation , and making them understand , you do not have to be at the top to be successful , this company offers everyone a chance to living a good life, hard work does pay off.

Being able to see that my employees respect me knowing that i will take care of them and stick to my commitments
Knowing that i have the trust of my employees
The work I do, my team, the exporting to have an impact
knowing im financially stable and im able to actually come in and work , appreciate the opportunity again
