Not hire family, give proper training, hire more staff.

They only hold meetings for a select few. The rest of us are left in the dark.

Management, crazy work loads, family hiring family, certain employees have work schedules catered while others are forced to pick up the slack.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We never get told what a good job we do but only how we can improve. They want us to learn & do more but are short staffed & stressed out
