Its ok to work here

Its a fine job but my district manager lacks communicating to store managers to let associates know where theyre going to be place as far as helping other stores.

Over worked, short staffed, no training, nepotism, no perks, .50 cent raise in 2 years, no opportunity for growth, gossip from supervisors.

Nothing to look forward too.

love working here, its a good environment

I dont understand it anymore

I am being paid the least in my store though i have the most paint knowlege and my store manager is very pleased with how i work.

We never get told what a good job we do but only how we can improve. They want us to learn & do more but are short staffed & stressed out

If we were paid a livable wage. We work the hardest and are paid the least.

More is always better in this case

For the most part they double check each other to make sure we're on task

They only hold meetings for a select few. The rest of us are left in the dark.

How at the time the store manager made it comfortable

It was easy and quick

It was quick & we were done quickly

It was simple. They asked me basic questions and I was hired.

the interviewer interviewed me as a person, not as a resume.

Management, crazy work loads, family hiring family, certain employees have work schedules catered while others are forced to pick up the slack.
