Mr. Terrence B. Larkin, also known as Terry, has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Lear Corp. since November 2011 and since January 2008 respectively and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Larkin serves as General Counsel for the Better Business Bureau for Detroit /Eastern Michigan region. He served as Corporate Secretary at Lear Corp. since January 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President of Coporate Development at Lear Corp. since January 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President. He joined Lear Corp. from Bodman LLP where he served as a partner from 1986 to 2007 and Chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber's Business Law Practice Group. During his tenure with Bodman, he focused on general corporate and transactional matters, with a particular expertise in supporting clients in the automotive industry. Mr. Larkin has been an Independent Director at Kelly Services, Inc. since May 12, 2010. He has been a Director of Detroit Regional Chamber since March 2005 and serves as an advisory board member of the Detroit Regional Economic Partnership. He is a member of the senior management team of a global manufacturing company with responsibility for legal affairs, environmental, health and safety functions, facilities management and internal audit. He is an attorney with twenty eight years experience in a business law practice. He is a fellow of the Michigan State Bar Association.
