Prior to his service with Aetna, Mr. Brooks held senior operations and systems positions with Travelers, Accenture and Prudential. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer for Travelers Personal Insurance and Partner at Accenture. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks served as a Captain in the United States Army. He is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
